Became infected yesterday, Firefox would act like I had no internet service, and internet explorer wouldn't let me download any anti-virus software (tried downloading malwarebytes)

1. Used my laptop to download malwarebytes to flash drive.

2. Installed malwarebytes from flash drive to infected desktop

3. It removed it.

Now my firefox still stops working randomly at times as if I had no connection (It crashes when trying to get into some sites. Most notably, it won't load my online banking page!).

Also, it randomly stops loading pages for no reason whenever it feels like it. All along, internet explorer is working fine. Very frustrating!

Current programs installed: Malwarebytes and Spybot. Help would be greatly appreciated.
