Hi Iam running xp pro 3 . My symantec antivirus keeps telling me that I have a Tidserv!inf backdoor trojan. As soon as I boot up my mouse freezes. So I performed a quick mbam scan in safe mode and it showed nothing, I tried a full scan in safe mode and my computer shut down half way through it. What to do?
