I have a lot of problems on my computer.
For one a searchbar which I never installed shows up in Interent Explorer and in Windows Explorer.
Also on startup IE starts by itself and opens a web page I've never heard of before. Another is in my taskbar there is a program called 180 Search Assist which again I never put there.
It puts shortcuts on my desktop and displays ads i never asked for. The last thing is a program called WinFixer which I also have never heard of or installed.

Please help me solve the source of these problems.

Here is my HJT log
