My computer has been locking up after a few minutes of working, making a continuous beep sound. After running scans with various tools I confirmed that I had a MBR Rootkit infection and so I used the mbr.exe - f command. This fixed the locking up and it got my cd/dvd drive working again.

There are still some issues though. The computer is still slow and the hard drive is constantly being accessed even though I am not loading any programs. When I tried to do the RootRepeal scans to post here I got some new problems. Root Repeal (on lowest disc access level) run very slow, scanning for almost 2 days without finishing. When I changed the access level to special, I got a blue screen twice and an immediate restart. When I tried scanning at middle level Root repeal crashed. I will therefore only be attaching the DDS Logs.

At this point none of my AV tools are picking up anything, but this is definitely not normal behavior from my computer.

Let me know if I should try Root Repeal again or if there is an alternate tool I can use to provide you with more information.
