Msconfig alternatives For Startup

Hi,

I've read on this site (and others) not to use msconfig to control which programs start on boot. I've also seen a list on this site of alternative programs, but can't seem to to find the link.

If someone has it and could post it, it would be much appreciated.

I found the link it was under "slow computer? may not be malware)
