Hi Halfmac and Welcome to the Bleeping Computer!

Go to Add\Remove Programs and Remove

Virtual Bouncer

Download WinPFind:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/winpfind.php

Right Click the Zip Folder and Select "Extract All"

Don't use it yet!

Download Pocket KillBox from here:
http://www.atribune.org/downloads/KillBox_beta_.exe

Highlight the list below and press Ctrl+C to Copy!

C:\WINNT\System32\realsched.exe
C:\WINNT\System32\msgfix.exe
C:\WINNT\realsched.exe
C:\WINNT\msgfix.exe
C:\Program Files\Bouncer\liveupdate.exe
C:\Program Files\Bouncer

Open Pocket Killbox-> Click File-> Click Paste from Clipboard!

Place a tick by Delete on Reboot-> Click the Red Circle to Delete!

Click Yes to the Prompts that follow and let Killbox Reboot the PC!

Reboot into SAFE MODE(Tap F8 when restarting)
Here is a link on how to boot into Safe Mode:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgen...src=sec_doc_nam

Open HijackThis and put a check by these but DO NOT hit the Fix Checked button yet!

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Realplayer Codec Support] realsched.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Bouncer RunStartup] C:\Program Files\Bouncer\liveupdate.exe 110
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Realplayer Codec Support] realsched.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Configuration Loader] msgfix.exe

O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.shopgco.com

O16 - DPF: {0D6709DD-4ED8-40CA-B459-2757AEEF7BEE} (Dldrv2 Control) - http://210.80.76.119/object/Dldrv.ocx

O16 - DPF: {15AD6789-CDB4-47E1-A9DA-992EE8E6BAD6} - http://static.windupdates.com/cab/MediaAcc...bridge-c411.cab
