I'm running XP - Pro. I know I have numerous things infecting the computer,Trojans, malware, spyware. When I try to run the defrag program or any type of virus removal program / tool it won't even start, hence I can't clean up or remove anything. Any suggestions on how to be able to use some of those and clean this thing up?

Have you already tried to reboot in Safe Mode and run scans ?
If we don't change the direction we are going,
We are likely to end up where we are headed.
