Rebuild boot loader

ok I have windows 7 up and running. but my drive with the boot loader died. so I have a problem obviously. while running windows how do I go about rebuilding the boot loader.

CPU = Intel i7 950
Motherboard = Asus P6X58D
RAM = Corsair XMS3 DDR3 6X 2GB
Power Supply = Corsair AX1200W
Graphics Card = GTX 580 2-way SLI

I looked in msconfig and under the boot tab the dialog box is empty. also under disk management I don't have a system drive or partition. any ideas on how to fix this would be nice.

forget it. I just formatted and started over with the OS.
