Greetings:

Please help out a newbie!

My desktop is infected with Antivirus Soft. I followed the directions found here to remove the program, but it does not work. rkill does not show a virus, and Malwarebytes indicates that it finds no virus, as well.

Can anyone help?

Thank you!

Please provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system.

When you say " I followed the directions found here to remove the program, but it does not work", are these the instructions you followed:

If we don't change the direction we are going,
We are likely to end up where we are headed.
