I know it sounds a bit kooky but yes.. I have practiced lucid dreaming. Here is a bit of interesting reading http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucid_dream if you haven't read it all ready.

Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.

Hide not your talents. They for use were made. What's a sundial in the shade?

This was not a real conscious thing I was doing. I did not decide to lucid dream, at the time I never heard of it. All I knew was I was dreaming a lot and I knew I was and it was like unraveling a story in my head, almost like a movie. I always know that I am dreaming when I dream. I can smell, see colors and taste too.

According to the wiki I do mnemonic dreaming, which I never heard of til I saw it last night.

No I don't think I have been out-of-body but if I do I will let you know, if I decide to come back.

Wow, that's an amazing ability. I wish I was more Lucid Dreaming inclined!

I have a story to tell. Today I laid in my bed practicing lucid dreaming. Somehow I managed to achieve it!
Although I knew I was dreaming, it wasn't too lucid and vivid!

Lol, Anyway, I'm doing my research paper on it this semester, so I predict many lucid dreams!
