I'm Infected! Help!

We have a spyware problem; when we load a webpage, a lot of the time it redirects to a fake scan of our computer and saying we should buy some fake program. We tried to install a free McAfee program that we got from Bank of America, but the installation doesn't work, which is also fishy. Also, we get the blue screen of death when we try to go into safe mode.

I went in the chat, and was told to run MalwareBytes and post the log. Malwarebytes found nothing. Here is what the log said. Please help!
