Hi,

When I go to the properties of MicrosoftWorks/lnchtour.exe, there is a shortcut that automatically gets created adjacent to the lnchtour icon in the MS Works folder. This shortcut is also called lnchtour but uses the MS DOS icon & when going to the properties of this shortcut/icon, it says "shortcut to ms dos program" & it's indicated that it's a shortcut to lnchtour.exe.

Is this normal?

I hope this makes sense. I tried to explain this the best I could. Thanks!

UPDATE:

This icon is no longer being automatically created. This magical icon/shortcut creation was only happening while Avast was reading lnchtour.exe as a False Positive infection. Ever since Avast made the correction & lnchtour is no longer being considered a threat, the MSDOS icon/shortcut is no longer being created when going to lnchtour.exe properties.
