My Dell Latitude D800 has become infected with "Internet Security 2010" and it is in such a bad state that I cannot get onto the internet anymore. I was told that I can download information onto my desktop computer and then somehow transfer it over to my laptop to remove the virus from my laptop. My desktop is an old Acer Aspire with very little memory and it is running windows 98. My Dell Latitude is running Windows XP. If I can download information onto my desktop computer, how to I transfer that file over to my Laptop?
