I have the same problem as described: Seems that Spybot has denied a change in the registry. Now, each time I go to the Internet Explorer, The Microsoft
page comes up for updates which I do not need.

I have to go to the lower task bar and undo the Spybot Resident. And yet, it is a 50/50 chance that when I go to open internet explorer the MS Update page will come up.

I am overly perplexed....... missfilippa.

I do not think that this is a piece of spyware but, it is a riddle..
thank you,,,,,,,,,,,, missfilippa

now there's the rub: each time I see a spybot denial, it is readable only
down to half the square insertion on my desktop.... so, I never know what
exactly is being denied.... missfilippa
