searching with internet explorer

ok i jst had the windows xp virus. i followed evrything boopme told me to do. thatis run rkill, and malwar's malbytes. after i ran everything i got rid of the virus. i ran everything again to make sure and nothing was detected. and now I use internet explorer and te only way can pull up diffrent pages is by typing the exact address in the adrss bar at the top. i can not search for anything otherwise internet explorer recovers the tab. what do i do. also is anyone ele having trouble with aol?

Since you are already receiving help here, please continue in that thread. Do not start new threads or duplicate topics as this causes confusion and makes it more difficult to get the help you need to resolve your issues. Further, it necessitates staff spending time with housecleaning...time which could have been provided to others needing assistance.
