Windows 7 blue screen then...

Today i was playing games and suddenly blue screen appeared and my computer shutdown by itself i started pc again and i see 'there is no operating system' at boot..then i restarted again and tried running Windows Memory Diagnostic and my computer shut down itself again at %6...i restarted and tried to open computer at safe mode.it opened and i tried combofix but when its at sector 6 my computer shutdown itself again... please help me to figure out where the problem is because that will be 5th format...

Start with opening the case and cleaning inside with a can of compressed air.
