Hi.

I have recently run a scan using my Norton Anti Virus software. It has found a virus named vbsys2.dll and it will not quarantine or delete it.

I am currently using a library computer as I no longer have a home connection so I am therefore unable to use my own computer to download programs on the internet.

This causes a problem as the forums I have visited to get help with the removal of this virus seem to require downloading programs from the Internet onto your computer to aid with the virus removal.

I was wondering if there is a way of deleting this virus from my computer permanently without having access to the internet.

If there are any steps to follow I would be very appreciative but please remember I am no whiz kid when it comes to computer speak so layman's terms would be best!

Thank you all for any help you may have regarding this very annoying problem.

Christian.
