Ok, here's my problem:
My computer is using Vista, and it was working perfectly fine last night. Now it keeps saying the computer is infected and giving me error messages like this: "Application cannot be executed. The file wuauclt.exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus software now?" also, the same message but a different file name keeps coming up the most. It's igfxsrvc.exe. Exact same message, different application. Also, I've ran virus scans and they say nothing is wrong. But when I use this other one called Anti virus Soft it says there are...37 threats. None of this happened until I saw this Anti virus Soft thing on the computer. (It's my roommates computer and this ant ivirus thing wasn't there yesterday by the way)
Other alerts come up saying I'm being "attacked" and if I want to block it. So I click yes, and it takes me to the Antivirus Soft update screen and wants me to pay for it. Also, the security panel keeps coming up randomly, and Internet Explorer keeps coming up. Usually to websites involving porn or erectile dysfunction.

I downloaded an anti-malware program to make it stop, I was on here in another thread, and I followed the instructions. When I tried to start it, I got that message "Application cannot be executed blah blah blah". So I changed the file name to scr, that didn't work, same with prt.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Edit: I forgot to say, the igfxrsvc.exe error comes up regardless of what I'm doing. It just keeps coming up if I say yes or no, no matter what. And also, I attempted to download AVG and run it, but that came up as an error message too.
