Infected with TDSS rootkit

Any attempts to load Safemode results in a BSOD (STOP 0x00000007e (0xc0000005, 0x80537009,

when I run TDSSKILLER.EXE I get driver not found.

When I try and run rootrepeal I get driver not found.

Dr Webb finds backdoor.tdss.1866 over and over
