Hi Adam315 and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. I do not see any signs of viruses or malware in the HijackThis log at this time. The log is clean.

The Phishbank trojan is associated with html code in places like web pages or emails. If the user sees this on a website then the site is infected. If it is an internal webpage then the company Administrator should be notified. If it is coming from an email, delete the email and clean out the mailboxes.
