Hello all,
i am new to this site and am in need of some assistance removing this virus. rootkit.win32.tdss.d . it disabled maleware bytes says some files are missing, kaspersky can find it, but then it immediately requires a restart to remove it, but it doesnt work, so it just goes round and round. i cant start in safe mode. it throws up a blue screen which denise me access. avg started to detect it , but i think it had compatibility issues with kaspersky, and it got uninsatalled before i could get the info out of it. i did scan his computer with that dds.scr thing on this site and it allowed me to create a log file with the info on his computer. i could post that. also, kaspersky logs are showing something in win\sys32\vonohoyo.dll, but when i go to that file, its not there... kaspersky is calling it a pmd.invader(loader) ?? it is showing that adobe acrobat speedlauncher, mcafee spamkiller account detector are infected or are the virus?? its listed under the application part. should i delete these?? i dont know what the heck im doing, lol, i just need some help,

thanks a bunch,
Julee
