After i just installed this free 'cleanup utilities' program its freeware but i got it off piratebay, after the install it didn't open the program so i looked for it in the start menu and it wasn't there so i went to programs folder and the folder was there and when i try to open it it tells me i do not have the permission to open the folder, the same thing happens when i try to delete the folder. I've scanned it with two different anti vir programs and neither of them say its anything dodgy and i've had a look in the task manager and no new processes are running either... BUT i can't actually do anything with the folder and i now want to remove it for obvious reasons but can't.

Is there any way i can get round this wierd issue? I'm on vista 32 bit SP 2 UAC is turned off so its nothing to do with that.

How would i be able to delete the folder? thats all i want to do. thanks.
