I ran ComboFix and had everything on my computer quarantined.

Now, I've run the system restore program but have not restarted my computer yet. Now that the system has opened everything back up, my symantec antivirus detects the following problem file but does not know how to delete it:

C\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\apapi.sys

Can someone please advise what I need to do to eliminate the virus?

Sorry there's a typo here. The infected file is:

C\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\atapi.sys
