I have a problem with my desktop and new laptop. I have installed something mistakeningly. Now everytime that I hit any icon like "my computer", "trash", "control panel" or any windows type icon, all that happens is a musical note or something sounds as if to let me know that I am stupid. I have run my updated virus software and antispyware, but they say that nothing is wrong. I also have another computer with Windows 2000 with the same software on it that runs fine. My security software is Defender Pro by Kapersky.
