Hi there,

Has anyone noticed if there's a resurgence of a newer, stronger wdmaud.dll virus? I've verified that this is the malicious version, but I can't delete it. I've even tried FileAssassin and it crashes it if it tries to delete on the spot, and doesn't delete on bootup. I managed to delete it the first time only to have it come back after a reboot, this time the file is locked/protected. That's where FileAssassin came in and that didn't work either.

Edit: Moved topic from Breaking Virus & Security News to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal
