Keep getting message that DCOM Server needs to shut down the PC. Browser is also re-directing/hijacked.

I've tried Combo Fix and Malwarebytes. Still have same problem.

Any suggestions?

Thanks you in advance!

As far as ComboFix, you should read this post by Quietman7.

As far as the Browser Hijacks, you're probably best off to read the Preparation Guide For Use Before Using HijackThis and other Malware Removal Tools, Instructions for receiving help in cleaning your computer.

Hope this helps,

Thanks for those tips.

Anybody else have specific experience or reason why this DCOM Server shutdown thing is happening?

The DCOM Server shutdown is normally brought on by a virus.

You can normally stop the Shutdown by clicking on Start then Run and typing: shutdown -a

Once you have stopped the shutdown you should be able to run normal antivirus procedures to check for infection. I would also refer you to my first post and post in the HijackThis Logs and Virus/Trojan/Spyware/Malware Removal forum if you continue to experience problems.
