Hello
My dad's computer was infected with the worm.win32.netsky virus. Drove us crazy. He couldn't do much and I couldn't perform system restore, access task manager etc.... it totally wreaked havoc. Well I found a solution to removing this thing on bleeping computer and it worked!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU (found it somewhere under uninstall Internet security 2010 uninstall). Everything appears to be working appropriately. I did the MBAM scan and it removed 44 infections. I also installed a good anti-virus software and rescanned (ESET NOD32). Now I cannot access the system restore. It gives an error message something like can't access system restore disabled by group policy. Does anyone know how I can fix this ?
