I've heard a lot about this site from The Elder Geek...usually from the volunteers who are also here as well as there. I can use all the help I can get LOL. I've tried my best to be careful and still crashed my laptop twice. The patient is still undergoing treatment, so I'm using the family desktop, but I just hope I can figure out my mistakes and not repeat them. (I think it was a virus this time as well as last time)

Mainly I'm missing my Firefox at the moment, the other PC doesn't belong to me, and I don't dare download it here.

Was using Firefox...until Chrome took over.
