I clicked a link by quietman7 on TEG and it took my here. I remember reading an article at www.mvps.org that Spywareblaster is not recommended for Vista users. Sadly I could not find it again as proof. :thumbsup:

We have a tutorial by Grinler that doesn't mention anything like that, as far as I can see

That was a personal recommendation and not based on any now
know issues ... Microsoft released a "fix" for the problem of
too many sites listed in the (IE) "Restricted Zone" and too many
sites listed in the "ActiveX" section in the Registry ...
