Having all kinds of issues, usb ports don't work. Can't keep auto update service running - when I set automatic and start the servive, within a few minutes it is stopped and reset to disabled. Also tried to run rootrepeal but keep getting BSOD while scanning. Also getting random IE popups.

Any and all help would be appreciated.
