XP w/Spybot saying System Startup Global Entry

Could some one please tell me just what System Startup Global Entry means and what it is. When I installed Acrobat 9.3 it said it was going to install a start quick launch module in this are . I said no.

Acrobat was trying to create a startup (quick launch) on your computer and Spybot was asking, if it's OK with you.
System Startup Global Entry = some program, which starts along with Windows
