restore an xp home account to original password

to make a long story short... about a year ago i used the command "net user [username] [password]" in cmd.exe to change the password of my account on windows xp home. before running that command , i didnt know what the password was. now i need to change the password to what it used to be , but i have no idea how to do it. i have access to an admin account.

thanks for any help i receive.
