I have tried playing a game, and it has serious display problems. I know it's on my end, because I also have a black screen flash and an error that says "driver error recovered successfully".

I tried going to Nvidia, and they say I need to go to my computer makers site (acer). I went there, and downloaded the driver, but then it said "your current driver is newer than the one you want to install".

I still think I need an update or a fix, obvious something is wrong. Please help ASAP, thank you!

Some laptops you have a choice on the amount of RAM you can allot to the memory chip
You need to go into your BIOS and see if you have that option

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

Thanks anyway.
