I recently ran Combo Fix to get rid of a virus after the direction of someone from Geek Squad and it worked. It deleted the virus but it also deleted everything else of use on my computer. I lost my ACT! contact database, VPN Connection files, all of my Outlook emails, and Microsoft office programs.

After a reboot a ran a file search and Combo Fix is still on my computer as well as a txt. file of all of the quarantined files that it hard deleted.

Can anyone please advise me on if/how I can recover these files? I could really be bleeped if I lost all of these work files for good!

Hello and  to BleepingComputer

Please see the following thread for a solution. You should direct any questions you have regarding the recovery process at that thread, not this one.
