Personal Security Trojan on Computer. Followed instructions in forum and blocked the trojan, installed and ran Malawarebytes. After that we were able to access the computer & websites. But we will have browser changes and also a message comes up "System Shut Down, NT Authority DCOM process server. Launcher service terminated unexpectedly." I followed the instructions on the forum and would like to post the logs for help. I also ran MicroTrend Housecall but it said no problems. We're running AVG Free. I will attach the logs. Thank you for the help.

I thought I had the Personal Security Trojan off the computer but the computer keeps rebooting. I posted a log, but it was not a Hijack This log. I am posting one now and appreciate any help to clean up the computer. At one point it would not reboot at all, so it is getting worse. I have a hard time running any antivirus or malware program because it keeps rebooting.

Thank you very much for your reply. My friend became impatient and took the computer to a shop. They charged $100, declared it fixed. When it came home it continued booting and rebooting. We went out and bought a new computer. Not sure what to do with this one. When I get it here I will reinstall the operating system? I think that will take care of it.
