I ran combofix to try to fix a malware problem. Kept getting a countdown to shutdown over and over.

I ran the combofix program, came back and the computer had re-booted and everything was gone. All of my programs, files, pictures, etc., all gone except for internet explorer.

Did I do something wrong? Can I get everything back?

Hi,

please do not change anything for now. Instead provide the log from Combofix when you first ran it. It should be stored in C:\combofix.txt. Please also provide the content of C:\qoobox\combofix-quarantined-files.txt.

Do you still have a copy of ComboFix on your system?

We should be able to restore your files with these information.
