Problems after running Combofix

OMG same here - all programs under the all programs under start button are gone - all desktop icons are gone - this aint my computer either - i am so screwed.........omg i am so so screwed. Thanx combofix lol

First, if you've not panicked, this is a recoverable situation.

Second (or perhaps first, depending on point of view) ComboFix should not be run in an unsupervised environment, without assistance from one trained in it's use.
