Can not create some of your include files.

rkill.reg
ncmd.cfxxe

I'm not sure what you are trying to ask as you did not provide enough information. Are you saying this is an error message from ComboFix or something you are trying to do with those files? Please note the message text in blue at the top of this forum.

No one should be using ComboFix unless instructed to do so by a Malware Removal Expert. Please read the pinned topic ComboFix usage, Questions, Help? - Look here.

As for your infection, please see the tutorial How to remove Remove Antivirus Live.

Sorry about the vagueness but the link you sent me to is exactly what I'm trying to do. When running combofix this is what I get and it asks me if I want to continue.

ComboFix is not used in that removal guide so just follow the instructions provided by Grinler.

Sorry, I feel dense. I did a lookup on pev.exe and most results tied it to combofix - bad terminology on my part. rkill.com is the culprit.
