A program called Cyberlink Rich Video Service runs in the background whenever I start up.
What is this program . . . anybody know? Do I need it running in the background all of the time? Thanks, for any help U might give.

It's a part of Cyberlink PowerDVD and no, you don't need it to be a startup.
