I am getting this error "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close". the signature code is

szAppName: szAppVer: 0.0.0.0 szModName: unknown
SzModVer: 0.0.0.0 Ofset: 00000000

afer i close that window, another window pops up that says system shutdown and has a counter that states the time left to shutdown the computer. In the message of this window, it says something related to the DCOM server

Look in Event Viewer for clues.

Click Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Event Viewer.

Look under both System and & Applications.

Right click on any RED error and examine the Properties, (you are looking for the program start problems).

Copy/Past to notepad

When post the event here, DO NOT include the lines of code that follow.

"Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem" error is often a sign of an infection.
