I cleaned a trojan virus off my computer but now IE8 will not connect to the internet. Firefox will connect. I wanted to completely delete Internet Explorer then reinstall it but I keep getting a warning from Vista which states: "You need permission to perform this action"
I'm logged in as administrator.

I'm using Vista Home Premium SP2; DSL connection; McAfee security

Thanks-

Kenny,

Worked! I used the reset in IE yesterday after someone suggested it but no dice. I just did it again from the suggestion in your link and it worked. Thanks for replying to my problem.
