The first thing I would try is to remove all of the add-ons
If that solves the problem, start adding them back one at a time until you can find the culprit

Before you remove all add-ons, you can try Firefox safe mode:
Close Firefox. Go Start>All Programs>Mozilla Firefox, click on Mozilla Firefox (safe mode). Same problem?

As for Firefox, possibly, the profile is corrupted.
Try to create new one: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Manager
If that doesn't work, try FF clean install: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstalling_Firefox
