I've always gotten good help on this site so I thought I would join. I'm cleaning a friends computer who has a son who likes to try every anti-spyware program he comes across. Major disaster removed 200 different pieces of malware so far and I just started on it. Will probably be back for info several times.

Don't hesitate to ask for help; some of the crud can be far more difficult to get rid of than to get.
