Greetings all,

I am a Technology Support Specialist (TSSpec) for "a large company".
I have been at the IT game since '95 and was in a technical field in the Navy for 10 years prior to that.
As a life long learner, I am looking for good sources of information to educate myself...to refine my approach to troubleshooting/detection/identification/elimination of malware, and humbly offer help where I can.
I work for a company that has a somewhat decent AV but has been slow to address the growing malware problem. The usual answer at work is to re-image a box if I can't fix it in a reasonable amount of time, but I personally can't live with that as a solution all the time. I am currently working a few issues but will post later if needed as the guides and tutorials have served me well so far.
I am very interested in the HJT Team training.

Be well,
