I think i have several trojans or dialers. Can someone help me fix anything that's wrong with this log.

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then click the Fix button

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode

Then delete these files or directories (Do not be concerned if they do not exist)

C:\WINDOWS\localNRD.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\gqtrenro.dll

C:\Program Files\Winad Client\
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ovpprql.exe

Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode and post a new log.
