I have a computer virus that will not allow windows to load.

I believe I got it from script or an advertisement that were run on a bad website. I have Windows Vista and it will not allow me to log into my profile. I am the only profile and admin on the computer and it says it cannot load the profile. I cannot get past this screen into windows. I then was able to get the computer to reboot into safe mode.

When I scanned for a virus using norton I was unable to find anything. I then downloaded Malwarebytes software and again was unable to find anything :trumpet:

I now have found this software called Combofix and am ready to run it but it says I need a "helper" or someone with experience :flowers: . Does anyone know about this software and how to use it? Also I guess it creates a log that needs to be looked at by someone to see if the virus has been fully deleted. Does anyone know where I can get help with this program? I was referred to this website by a friend who said that everyone was very helpful in fixing computer issues...

Thanks in advance for the help
