I'm running SP2 and I just went online to update my anti-virus definitions...

at the same time windows update started downoading new updates, silverlight and ie8 vista security update.

this is when I ran a scan and kaspersky found the trojan-downloader (all after disconnecting internet)

is there any chance of the updates now being infected also since I was potentially at risk???

sorry I've heard of this b4 need to make sure.

silverlight: (KB979202)

cumulative security vista/ie8 : (KB978207)

thanks for help

paranoid since I also cleansed a downloader issue months ago
