I'm having an issue with a user printing from his office PC to his home printer. The way its setup now is a PPT connection is setup on his home machine then he does a remote desktop session using his IP address. The issue i'm having is maybe for a a day or so he can print to his home printer fine but after a while the connection drops and he gets a print spooler error basically stating that the printer is either off or disconnected which it isnt . So as a quick fix what i have done on both machines i restart the Printer Spooler Service but it happens every couple of days.
