Hey guys,

I am new here - hello.

I am desperately trying to sort out a problem I have with my computer and I really hope that somebody here will be able to help me.

I am a AOL user, using McAfee for my firewall and have a wireless router.

For some reason I am not able to access secured websites (e.g. Paypal, I-tunes, etc). As soon as I type in my password, the system just ignores it and nothing happens. It used to work before, but 2 weeks ago it started on a gfew websites and now it's getting worse.

I have already cleared all my cache, history, etc and disconnected my Firewall, but nothing seems to help.

Is somebody able to help me - it's much appreciated!!!

Thanks, Martin

Hi there,

Thanks for that. I have just checked those already, but still no luck.

I was wondering if it helps to uninstall the McAffee Software, but not sure if that would make a difference.

Desperate now... grr.. ;-)

Probably more of a combination of AOL and McAfee
