Two operating systems with different time stamps on same HDD ...?

hello all,
Can i have Two operating systems with different OS and each OS having different time stamps on same HDD.

I mean Two Windows XP OS on single HDD with different dates and not synchronizing to windows.
or One Windows XP and other Linux.
